On the morning of October 31st, the opening ceremony of the 2019 Canton Fair Fashion Week (Autumn) hosted by the China Foreign Trade Center, the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industry and Crafts, and organized by the Canton Fair Product Design and Trade Promotion Center (PDC) The main show in Hall 7.1 of the Canton Fair Complex was successfully held. Jiang Fan, deputy director of the Canton Fair, official inspector of the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce Jiang Fan, Cao Jiachang, chairman of the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, deputy secretary-general of the Canton Fair, Wen Zhongliang, deputy director of the China Foreign Trade Center, Zhang Jie Guests including Ma Hua, deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, and Peleg Lewi, consul general of the Israeli Consulate General in Guangzhou, attended the opening ceremony together.
Since its inception, the Canton Fair Fashion Week has been actively promoting trade and exchanges in China's fashion industry, continuously integrating innovative elements and integrating advantageous resources, injecting new energy into the development of the fashion industry, and helping the domestic fashion industry accelerate the development process. This week's Canton Fair Fashion Week takes the theme of 'embracing change' and the opening ceremony highlights the beauty of change. First of all, the creative flash kicked off in Zhusan, and 20 young dancers danced fashion, injecting fashion vitality into the Canton Fair Complex. After the dancers arrived at the main show, the famous artist Guo Chenghui's paintings and fashion designer Han Jianfei costumes merged to stage a large-scale show of art and fashion for everyone. Immediately afterwards, the young singer Chen Xiaotang brought an amazing Italian opera performance, and finally, the national gift boutique from Jiangsu, Song Jin, showed the charm of Chinese silk boutique. Passionate street dance, smart models, and moving operas complement each other, which not only perfectly displays the popular colors of the fashion market in 2020, but also brings an ultimate sensory journey to the audience with a strong visual impact and stage presentation.
A total of more than 300 people including representatives from various trading delegations, exhibitors, international buyers and designers attended the opening ceremony.
